She was predeceased by: her parents, William Emmer and Goldie Varner; her husband Donald Blair; her daughter Shirley; her siblings, John Emmer-Mozell, Ester Emmer, Rosie Ashley, Barbara Cornwell, George Emmer, William Blair and Marten Emmer; and her daughter-in-law Victoria Blair.
She is survived by: her son Donald Blair of Armstrong, MO; her grandchildren, Victoria Blair, Alicia Blair, Donald Blair II and Elsie Blair; her brother Walter Emmer; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Blair and Madison Blair.
