It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Brooks of Armstrong, Missouri, born in Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on July 25, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, W. E. "Eugene" Brooks and Maurine Overfelt Brooks; and her sister Bonnie Brooks. She is survived by: her son Matthew Webster (Mallory) of Moberly; her granddaughters, Elise, Ashlynn and Christina Webster of Moberly; her brother Robert Brooks (Barbara) of Armstrong; her friend James Hawkinson of Clarence; and her nieces and nephews, Kathy Garrett (Delano) of Columbia, Holly Kirkendoll (Jim) of Liberty, Ronald Brooks (Peggy Jo), Tim Cundiff of Armstrong and Rick Cundiff (Julie) of Higbee. She is also survived by extended family and close friends.
