He is survived by: his mother Sylvia LaVonn Brooks (Schlegel); his brother Rick Brooks of Nixa, Missouri; his close friend Alisa Myers; and his children, Josh Hessling of Butler, Destinie Long of Butler, Chance Myers of Butler, Kevin Myers of Butler and Kristen Myers.
