He was predeceased by: his parents, David L. Price and Nora C. Price (Billingsley); and his siblings, David, Cecilia and Rosemary.

He is survived by: his wife Dawn Price of Archie, MO; his sons, James Rusow of Cleveland, MO and Justin Rusow of Adrian, MO; and his sisters, Sheri Heath of Gravette, AR and Patricia Price of Gravette, AR. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
