She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Fisher and Beulah Fisher (Musselman). She is survived by: her husband Edward Chris Matthiesen; her children, Randall Lee Matthiesen (Margie) of Arcadia, MO, Rick Alan Matthiesen of Highland, IL, Christine Littrell (Randy) of Deer, AR and Dee Ann Stoelting (Danny) of Linn Creek, MO; her grandchildren, Jaime, Brian, Kimberly, Mark, Kelly and Dana; and her brothers, James Richard Fisher (Carol) of Alexandra, VA and Billie Fisher (Alice). She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, loving family members, church family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to either the Ironton First Church of the Nazarene or to Frederick Terrace Apartments in Arcadia.
