She is survived by: her husband Otis; her daughters, Mary Lou Wilburn (Michael) of Wheaton, IL, Dianna Phillips (Kim) of Stuart, FL, Paula Krohmer of Ironton, MO and Pamela Hayes (Rick) of Arcadia, MO; her stepson Danny Long; her grandchildren, Tara, Christopher, Jason, Christie, Matthew, Megan, Jamie and Angie; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Jacob, Alex, Sebastian, Joseph, Sophia, Harley, Jesse and Stephen; her great great grandchild Savannah; her brother-in-law Walter Hollyfield; her niece Bonnie Fermanich (Steve); her nephew David Hollyfield (Angie); and her friend Patsy Pratt.
