He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Everett and Virgie Vickery. He is survived by: his sister Carol Rinehart; and his siblings-in-law, Gaylon Clark (Charlotte), Dennis Clark (Debbie) and Pat Srum. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
