He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kugel-Rolls; and his children, Joshua Rolls of Forsyth, MO, Rebecca Weaver (Kevin Weaver), Laine, Phillip, Dylan Weaver of Millersville, MO., Tony Johnson, Shelly Gore and Amber Wood. He is also survived by his family and the many friends.
