He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Burton and Alberta Malone Deck; and his brother Sherman Dale Burton. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Cline (Perry) and Ashley Bibb The (Corey); the mother of his children Pam Burton; his brothers, Gerald Burton and Freddie Burton; his grandchildren, Kiersten, Kelsey Cline, Carter and Addison Bibb; and his great grandchild Delilah Cline.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the McDaniel Chapel - Senath (112 N Main St, Senath, MO 63876). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the Lulu Cemetery (5750 Co Rd 643, Senath, MO 63876).
