He is survived by: his mother Arlene Trenham McCollom; his wife Theresa Jordan of Arbyrd, MO; his stepson Charles Smith; and his siblings, Todd (Lynette McCollom), Rick (Linda McCollom), Rodney McCollom and Joyce Hall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
