She was predeceased by: her parents, W. E. Smithmier and Nettie Eubanks Smithmier; her husband ONeal Smith; and her siblings, Bud, Eulgene, Mutt, Bert, Curt Smithmier and Rachel Carter.
She is survived by: her sons, Dewayne Smith (Ginger) of Clarksville, TN and Randy Smith (Sherri); her grandchildren, Stephani Smith Cook (Mark), Kevin Smith (Tiffany), Tyler Smith and Megan Smith Lynch (Cade); her great grandchildren, Brady, Marklee Cook, Mitchell and Mallory Smith; and her sister-in-law Imogene Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
