She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Preston. She is survived by: her children, Terry Cook of Mountain Home, AR. and Jerrie Duncan; her sister Margaret "Maxine" Melvin of Arbyrd, MO.; her grandchildren, Scotty Cook, Leigh Ann Cook, Levi Duncan, Brandon Cook and Tanner Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Cook, Logan Cook, Natalie Cook, Nicole Cook, Rylee Barnes, Traxton Barnes and Cash Cook.
