We bid farewell to Kay Eggleston of Arbela, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 21, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harold "Bud" and Flora Madge Daggs (Jones); her husband Kenneth Eggleston; her brother Larry Daggs; her sister-in-law Jean Daggs; her son-in-law Bill Ketchum; her grandson Jesse William Ketchum; and her great grandchild Noah Jackson Wild.
She is survived by: her children, Kelley Ketchum (Dan Short) of Memphis, Mark McClamroch (Patty) of Bucklin, Wyatt McClamroch (Tonya Divine) of Columbia and Kristy Eggleston-Wood of Arbela, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Jason Ketchum (Stephanie), Cody McClamroch (Casey), Courtney Wild (Gary), Violet McClamroch (Rodney), Crystal McClamroch, Amy Bowe (Clint), Dakota McClamroch, Tiffany Link (Stephen), Spenser Eggleston (Sarah), Tasha Fadiga (Jared) and Taylar Townsend (Josh); her granddaughter-in-law Jenna Ketchum; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Addison, Alyssa Bowe, Paisley, Harley, Case McClamroch, Waylon, Colt Wild, Zada, Cora, Rhet, Kruz Ketchum, Claire, Jaysee Ketchum, Alice McClamroch, DeMarco, DaMarius Wise, Harmony, Hendrix Joyner and Prestyn Townsend.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Payne Funeral Chapel (202 E Madison St, Memphis, MO 63555). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Moriah Cemetery Association or the Scotland County 4-H and can be left at or mailed to the Payne Funeral Chapel, 202 E. Madison St. Memphis, MO 63555.
