He is survived by: his children, Mike Skinner of Independence, Steve Skinner of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, Linda Ulery of Mesa, Sandy Driver of Raymore and Nancy Jackson (Richard) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his pet Dolly; and also Josephine Meads Skinner. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
