He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Capps Wingate (James) of Sterling and Tory Horne of Springfield; his wife Tammy Miller (Dines); his granddaughter Xochitli Wingate; his siblings, Karen Meeks of Springfield, Kevin Miller (Lisa) of Clinton, Kimberly Stepp (Mark) of Advance and Courtney Mansu (Dustin) of Springfield, Missouri; his aunt Cheri Warner of Richland, Missouri; his pet Bella; and his nephew Trey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
