It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Roberts Piepmeier (Appleton City, Missouri), who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Roberts and Willa Roberts; her husband Wright Bailey Piepmeier; her brother Ollie Roberts (O. B.); and her siblings-in-law, Jo Francis Piepmeier Ward and Bill Ward.
She is survived by: her cousin Helen; her former spouse Thomas M. Palmer; her sister-in-law Regina Roberts of Appleton City; her nephews, Craig Roberts (Tina) of Appleton City and Kevin Roberts of Lee's Summit; her great-niece Ashlyn Roberts Turner (Mitchell) of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas; her great-nephew Brett Roberts of Appleton City; and also Brealea Turner of Tumbling Shoals, Arkansas..
The family of Maxine Piepmeier would appreciate all who attend her funeral to wear a mask. With the upsurge of Covid cases they are concerned for others and themselves.
INTERMENT will be in the Appleton City Cemetery The family suggests in lieu of flowers MEMORIAL donations be made to the Appleton City Cemetery Association, or The American Cancer Society, or Heartland Hospice.
