He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Samuel and Edith Irene Lewellen (Stephan); his brother Ron Lewellen; and his son Dwayne Allen Lewellen. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hilte (Jim) and Tony Lewellen (Paula); his siblings, Steve Lewellen and Joyce Brown (Eddie); his grandchildren, Cody Hilte (Lacy), Corey Hilte (Cisely), Caitlin Blakely (Jake) and Casey Hilte (Carter Mitchell); and his great grandchildren, Ellis Hilte, Flint Blakely and Wyatt Jobe. He is also survived by many extended family and good friends.
