He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E. Bartz and Anna Mae Bartz (Harvey); his siblings, Phillip Bartz and Mary Ann Knight (Bartz); his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Knight and Mary Perry (Herrman); his nephew Brian Knight; and his grandsons, Zachary Rapp and Carson Wheatley.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Bartz; his children, Leonard E Bartz III (Kenna), Christina Rapp (Clayton Rapp) and Barbara Wheatley (Darren); and his siblings-in-law, Patty Bartz and George Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, 7 beloved grandchildren and 5 equally beloved great grandchildren.
The family requests that MEMORIAL donations be given to the Appleton City Cemetery Association or Heartland Hospice.
