He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robbins Huey and Alma Huey Phinney; his daughter Kerri Huey Dutcher (Clint); his wife Karen Clark; his grandsons, Logan and Brady Dutcher; his nephew Trent Beebe (Cindy); and his great-nephews, Tyler and Chase Beebe.
The family suggests any MEMORIAL donations be given to Appleton City Cemetery or Heartland Hospice.
