He was predeceased by: his parents, Milvoy B. Henzlik and Hilda Opal Henzlik (Norton). He is survived by: his wife Lorine Henzlik (Pratt); his children, Linda Hearting (Rick) and Michael Henzlik (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Taylor and Jesse Henzlik. He is also survived by extended family and many good friends.
