He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Herman and Alice Marie Cook (Gengler); his siblings, Patricia Cook and Paul Cook; his father-in-law James I. Elder; his wife Tamberla F. Cook; his daughters, Brittany P. and Cassidy V. Cook; his siblings, Debbie Vogel (Bill), Phil Cook (Lisa), Jenny Mitchell (Mike), Chris Cook (Shannon) and Bill Cook; his mother-in-law Patty Elder; his sister-in-law Tricia Evans (Mark); and his pets, Ozzy and Zoey. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family, good friends.
