He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nicholas and Frida Louise Rapp (Bracher); his son Mark Rapp; his brother Eldo Rapp; his son-in-law Bob Lisenby; his sisters-in-law, Irene Rapp and DeLeah Holsten; and his nephew David Holsten.
He is survived by: his wife Vanita Anna Holsten; his children, Veronica Feilner (Ron), Jeanette Lisenby, Loretta Percy (Rod), Michael Rapp (Tammy), Brenda Strope (Terry) and Marcella Peck (Bill); and his daughter-in-law Barb Rapp. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; along with many extended family and good friends.
The family request any MEMORIAL donations be made to Zion Lutheran Church or Zion Lutheran School.
