It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gorden Irby of Appleton City, Missouri, born in Lathrop, Missouri, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Irby and Roseanna Irby; and his siblings, Joan, Linda and Harvey.

He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Chad Irby (Denise) of St. Louis, MO, Chet Irby (Michele) of Lawson, MO, Megan Phillips (Justin) of Clinton, MO and Andy Irby (Chelsea) of Windsor, MO; his grandchildren, Nolan, Aidan (Emilyn Irby), Clarabelle (Coralena Irby), Clayton (Colby Phillips) and Violet Irby of Windsor, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Cecile "Sam" Allen of Appleton City, MO and Jennifer Boden (Ed) of Montrose, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
