He is survived by: his pet Royals; his sons, Terry Pat and Steve; his wife Doris Campbell; his daughters, Caraleigh Jackson (Brad) of Appleton City and Cristal Hoovens (Jim) of Springfield, MO.; his grandchildren, Brittanni Turner (Ryan), Scott Campbell (Laura), Jordan Kunkelman (Jason), Tabitha, Piper Jackson, Kara Barton (Marcus Johnson), Chandler Hoovens, Blaine Hoovens, Scarlett and Brittney Blum; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Kade Turner, Katie, Collin, Kenzie Campbell, Brecken Jackson, Landon Jackson-Steward, Ryan and Ariana Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
