He is survived by: his wife Mary Carter; his children, Georgia Rodeen (Sven), Everett Eugene Carter, Jr. (Bonnie Reber), Jimmy Ray Carter (Leona), Timmy Eugene Carter (Missy), Sherry Jane Boyle (Donnie), Bobby Joe Carter and Tommy Lee Carter (Jeannett "JJ" McIntire); and his sisters, Roberta Jane Oliver, Betty Fay Wilson and Janice Kay Furr. He is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
