It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earlene Ann Christie of Appleton City, Missouri, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ijams and Constance Prime Ijams. She is survived by: her husband Harvey Christie; her sons, Douglas Christie (Bettina) and Eric Christie (Vicki); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Jeffries (Joel), Alexandra Goellner (Brandon), Abi Heiserman (Josh), Bob Schenker (Callie) and Sam Christie; and her siblings, Carol Ijams Carlson and Ronald Ijams.
In January 2009, Earlene donated life saving stem cells to her younger brother, Ron, who continues to survive her.
