He is survived by: his wife Donna Ruth Bilyeu; his children, Jeff Moore (Alicia), Dianne Foster (Daryl), Denise Fuller (Sam) and Dana Swaters; his grandchildren, Amber Farrar (Aaron), Chelsi Borland (Bryan), Casie Kohlstaedt (Chris), Trey Foster (Melissa), Ian Foster, Haiden Fuller (Bridget), Aubrey Siegismund (Logan), Haleigh Thomas (Bret), Emma and Alex Swaters; and his sister Sandra Cain (Mike). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
