He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Andrew Lewis Sr. "Pete" and Anne Mae Lewis; his stepfather Paul Lucy; his son Cliff Lewis; and his niece Zoey Leahy.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie LaMonds (Samson) of Farmington, Haley Hunt (Kamron) of Doniphan and Andrea Roark of St. Charles, Missouri.; his brothers, Ralph "Andy" Lewis (Connie) of O'Fallon, Jack Leahy (Kim) of Ironton and Dan Leahy of Farmington; his grandchildren, Maxson, Jasper LaMonds, Harper and Finley Hunt; his nieces and nephews, Jay Lewis (Amanda), Tracy Moresco (Dave), John Leahy (Keisha) and Kassie Turner (Caleb); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Case Turner, Payton Johnston, Brianna Lewis, Victoria Lewis, Alex Moresco and C. J. Rogers.
