She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Bell and Faye Bell. She is survived by: her husband Richie Howard; her daughters, Rachael Ann Jordon of Annapolis and Ariel Leanne Pullen (Mark) of Patton, MO; and her brother Ed Bell (Bobbi) of Kenansvilles, NC. She is also survived by 3 sisters, 6 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many other family and friends.
