It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ellen Riggs of Annapolis, Missouri, born in Ironton, Missouri, who passed away on May 19, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Paul and Ruby Jewell Persons (Sutton); her husband Dick Riggs; and her brothers, Lonnie Persons and Butch Persons.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell Miller (Angie), Joe Miller (Terri), Clinton Miller (Michelle), Brandy Steen (Eric) and Toby Miller; her sister Brenda Rennie (Jerry); and her stepchildren, Garland Riggs (Donna), Dulcey Spurlin (Terry) and Richard Riggs (Jackie). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
