He is survived by: his children, Shelley Hale (Rex Dunn) of Annapolis, Ronald Hale of St. Louis and Kevin Hale; his wife Joyce Hale (Bollinger); his grandchildren, Daniel Hale (Diane), Haley Hunt (Kamron) and Andrea Roark (Caleb Leonard); his great grandchildren, Harper and Finley; his sister-in-law Betty Hale; and his siblings, Leonard Hale, Roy Hale, Curtis Hale, Joseph Hale and Gladys Marie Bollinger. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
