He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Paul and Mary Jane Sutton Griggs. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Alcorn; his children, Shane Kelley (Patty) of Annapolis, Elizabeth Chadbourne (Scott) of Piedmont and Amanda Propst (Rich Miller) of Annapolis; his siblings, Charlie Griggs (Jenny) of Patterson, Elmo Griggs (Ruth) of Annapolis, Nancy Inman (Kelly) of Ironton, Diann Hartwick (Curtis) of Ironton and Kay Marler of Annapolis; his grandchildren, Krista, Korey, A. J. and Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Aron, Greg, Wyatt and Mason. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to the rise in Covid-19 cases in Iron County, masks will be required per the family's request.
