With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Issac Rutter Sr. (Annapolis, Missouri), who passed away on June 22, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Rutter and Opal Rutter (Griggs); his wife Rita Whitcomb; and his brothers, Kenneth and Bill Rutter.

He is survived by: his children, James Jr. and Megan Rutter; his siblings, Allen Rutter of Ironton, Cliff Rutter of Annapolis, Paul Rutter of Ironton, Jack Rutter of Kentucky, Roger Rutter of Annapolis and Merla Rapps of Swansea, IL; and his grandson James.

Memorials may be made to the Rutter Cemetery Assn.
