Ballard of Anderson, Missouri, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harry Francis; his siblings, Robert Ballard, Shirley Snyder, Evelyn Fredenburg and Ann Alvey; and his grandson Phillip.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Marie Talley; and his sons, Robert Ballard of Anderson and James Ballard of Neosho. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
