She was predeceased by: her parents, Finnis Reed and Valletta "Darlene" Reed; her husband Perry Watkins; her son Perry Jr.; and her great grandchild Harlee Jo Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Cecil Joseph Borjas (Lisa) of Ottawa and Deborah Suann Woodworth (Scott) of Anderson; her siblings, Anna Redd (Henry) of Canal Point, Liz Hillis (Arbie) of Hillsboro, Vickie Dyal (Waymon) of Smithville, Tennessee, Terry Reed (Barbara) of Pahokee, Terrell Reed (Inez) of Harlan, Larry Reed of Okeechobee, Darrell Reed of Okeechobee and Finnis Oakley Jr. of Michigan; her grandchildren, Cori (Elena Borjas), Carl (Maria Woodworth), Jasper (Lance Moyer), Justin Woodworth (Risa Buckner) and Kayla (Matt Sessions); and her friend Teresa. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
