He is survived by: his wife Jackie Mills; his daughter Audra Blue (Darrell) of Anderson, MO; his siblings, Sharon Tefft, Patricia Roberts of Topeka, KS, Edward Mills of Topeka, KS, Michael Mills of Topeka, KS and Steven Mills of Topeka, KS; and his grandchildren, James Blue Jacksonville (Holly), Trenton Blue (Alexis), Shawna Bridges (Jason) and Kenny Blue (Monica). He is also survived by grandkids and six great-great grandkids.
