She was predeceased by: her brother Bob O'Neal. She is survived by: her sons, Edward Ables (Sandra) of Pineville, Stuart Ables of Pineville and Duce Lett (Kristie) of Liberty, Missouri; her siblings, Bill O'Neal of Ritchie, Missouri, Norma Ritter of Houston, Mary O'Hara of Belton and Nancy Enlow of Peculiar, Missouri; her grandchildren, Eden Legrand (Cameron), Drew Ables (Alicia), Dylan Lett, Brock Lett, Casen Lett and Ellie Lett; her great grandchildren, Rory, Margot, Gwen and Warren; and her friend Patricia.

Memorial contributions in loving memory of Patricia Lett can be given to the Crosslines Food Pantry in Anderson, Missouri, in care of the funeral home.
