She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cleven and Lola Holden (Gale); her husband Donald L. Smith; her son Allen Lee Smith; her grandchildren, David Lee Price and Phoenix Lynette Hoffman; and her siblings, Ruth Walberg, Wilma Poe, Gloria Holden, Sharlotte Holden and Manuel Holden.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Sue Smith (Sal) and Jerry Don Smith (Crystal); her grandchildren, Jason Price (Tracy), Jerry Price Jr., Jennifer Sutton (Brian), Jonathan Price (Amanda), Jamie Hoffman, Lauralee Hoffman, Steven Hoffman (Diedra), Stacey Hoemann (Jarrod) and Katie Wilson (James); and her siblings, Brenda Bilderback, Foneta Holden, Bruce Holden and Fareley Holden. She is also survived by 32 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
