He is survived by: his children, Johnna Shockley-Kennedy of Bella Vista, AR, Alisha Sabby (Ken) of Bella Vista, AR and Jesse Carnahan (Laura) of Grove, OK; and his sisters-in-law, Carla Lasiter (Dawayne) of Pineville, MO and Debbie Griggs (Larry) of Norfork, AR. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
