He was predeceased by: his father Chester Luther; his wife Shirley Ethridge; and his siblings, Ell Donald Ray, Willard, Ruth, Cecil, Loren, Wayne and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Christie of Goodman, Missouri; his siblings, Kenneth Ethridge of Purdy, Missouri and Ruby Moss of Joplin, Missouri; his grandchildren, Tim Mills (Jordan), Tyler Mills (Mandy), Tara Teodocio (Victor), Travis Crowder and Tessa Crowder; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Avery, Jonah, Ronan, Macy, Emmie and Emilia; and his friend Glen.
