He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Qualls and Eva Qualls (Beaver); his son Marvin; his daughter-in-law Liz Qualls; and his siblings, Billy Gene, Howard, Clarence Junior Qualls, Blanche Posey, Josephine Williams and Helen Abe.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Qualls; his daughter Tammie Adams (Jim) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Cory Qualls (Norma), Talisha Hudson (Daniel), Scotty Qualls (Alesha) and Cody Adams; his great grandchildren, John, Zeb, Mariah, Dawson, Kirsti, Timothy, Matthew and Molly; his great great grandchildren, Carter and Jaxx; and his siblings, Loren Wayne Qualls (Luanne) of Bethpage, Missouri, Lorene Ramey of Buckner and Trish Harrelson (Jerry) of Zephyrhills, Florida. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
