He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Kay Jones and Andrew Bergen. He is survived by: his brother Andrew Bergen (Cara) of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his stepchildren, Charles Thacker, Jr. (Stacey) of Noel, James Thacker (Heather) of Southwest City and Jennifer Hutchison (Kevin) of Forsythe. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The family welcomes donations to New Life Church youth/student ministries as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
