He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles, Herman, Bob Fields, Dorothy Barrett and Jodie Clearwater; and his stepson Tony Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Fields; his children, Sherry Schimizzi (Jeremie), Edward Schimizzi of Chesapeake, Jason Fields of Osawatomie, Scott Mitchell of Goodman and Brian Mitchell (Timberly); his grandchildren, Dylan, Austin, Logan Mitchell, Colton Condreay, Rayliegh Towler, Tiffany Fields, Sydney Condreay and Abbi Rasmussen; and his brother Ronnie Fields (Jean).
