She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar O. Burks and Louis Mandy Burks (Gill); her husband Forrest; her siblings, Mary Lloyd, Wanda Brown and Theale Burks; and her daughter Margaret Louise Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Miller (Julie) of Fenton Michigan, Steve Miller of Pierce City, MO and Carol Edward (Rick) of Columbus, KS; her brothers, Willie Burks of Atkins, AR, Dewight Burks (Elizabeth) of DeRidder, LA and Roland Burks (Rose) of Oakdale, CA; and her granddaughter Jessica Miller.
In lieu of the flowers the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in care of the funeral home.
