He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Goade. He is survived by: his children, Kenny Underwood (Kathy) of Pineville, Missouri., Donna Underwood of Pineville, Missouri. and Dalana Fuller (Dan) of Pineville, Missouri.; his stepson Rob Goade (Terry); and his granddaughters, Rebecca Attaway (Rob), Mary Murphy (Jeremy) and Deborah Goade. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are being directed to the Pineville Christian Church or the McDonald County Schools Foundation c/o the funeral home.
