He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Ray Flood Sr. and Patricia Louise Flood (Scott); his fathers-in-law, Clarence Ward and Jody Cook; and his nephew Tyler Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Kay Ward; his children, Heather Burkholder (Carlos) of Anderson, Missouri and Kyle Flood (Becky) of Anderson, Missouri; his grandchildren, Micah, Malia, Kylee and Kennily; his sisters, Sheryl Brower (Layton) of Joplin, Sheila Drake (Curtis) of Goodman and Stacey Cossairt of Columbus, Kansas; his mother-in-law Carolyn Cook of Anderson, Missouri; and his brother-in-law Rick Ward (Janice) of Joplin, Missouri.
