He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Stout and Marie Stout (Lewis); his wife Betty; and his daughter Donna. He is survived by: his children, Eddie Stout (Kathy) of Anderson, Pam Stillions (Mitch) of Pineville, Angela Allen (Russ) of Bella Vista, Mindy Stout (Amy Long) and John Stout (Teresa) of Arkansas; and his friend Clyde. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are being directed to the Hilltop Mission Church in Anderson, in care of the funeral home.
