He is survived by: his father Charles Edward Hoover Jr.; his wife Lisa Ann Hoover (Pease); his children, Rebecca Jane Hoover and Cody Edward Hoover; his siblings, James Edward Hoover and Patricia Montes; and his nephews, Tony Montes, Miguel Montes and Carlos Montes. He is also survived by three sister-in-laws; six brother-in-laws; and numerous nephews and nieces.
