He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Blevins and Nila Blevins (Dixon); his siblings, Billy, Richard Blevins and Wanda Sue Blevins; and his children, Alvin Lee Blevins Jr. and Lorraine Oler.
He is survived by: his sister Linda Lukens (Benny Lukens) of Jay, Oklahoma; and his children, Lee Roy Blevins of Anderson, Missouri and Shannon Robertson (Les Robertson) of Goodman Missouri. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
