He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignazio Modica and Josephine LoPresti; his wife Alice Faye Modica; and his siblings, Frank, Mac, Pat, Ida, Jeanette and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Modica (Sheila) of Manchester, MO, Barbara Modica Otey, Mitchell of Steedman, MO, Mike Modica of Anabel and Paul Modica of St. Charles, MO; and his brother Paul Modica of Arnold, MO. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
